Pallets are automatically transferred into the wrapping area by conveyor. The system detects the pallet position, performs automatic wrapping, and transfers the wrapped pallet to the downstream conveyor without manual handling.

4. Automatic Operation Sequence

The complete wrapping process can be performed automatically without operator intervention.

Step 1. Pallet Infeed

The pallet enters the wrapping line through an automatic conveyor.

Step 2. Pallet Detection

Sensors detect the incoming pallet and confirm its position.

Step 3. Pallet Positioning

The pallet is automatically positioned at the wrapping station using a stopper, centering device, or positioning conveyor.

Step 4. Load Detection

The system detects the load height and confirms the wrapping area.

Step 5. Automatic Film Wrapping

The wrapping unit starts automatically according to the programmed wrapping recipe.

Step 6. Film Cutting & Sealing
