Step on it, and it rises again. This is the plantain — jilgyungyi in Korean — long used in Korean herbal medicine for its soothing, restorative qualities and admired for its quiet resilience.
For many years, the discomforts people felt about their bodies — the intimate ones especially — were treated as something to endure in silence. Our founder believed they deserved better, and that it was time to bring this into the open: real care, real science, and none of the shame. So in 2009, we began formulating intimate care the way Korea approaches skincare — ingredient-obsessed, research-led and genuinely gentle.
For the world, that brand now expands further as Jurnyi — a name that echoes journey, a companion on your journey to inner comfort. The plant taught us resilience; the science earned the trust. Today Jurnyi carries both: expert intimate care from Korea, made for every body, rooted in one belief — that confidence starts within.

With a pioneering spirit at a time when intimate care was rarely discussed openly, we took it seriously from the start. Since 2009, we've brought a research-led approach to a category most brands left clinical and cold — formulating gentle, expert products with natural botanical ingredients that support the body's natural balance.
Our work is grounded in more than fifteen years of in-house R&D and clinical collaboration with leading Korean medical institutions. We hold 553 registered IP rights and patents across eleven countries, and we manufacture in our own certified facility to ISO 13485, ISO 22716, ISO 9001 and CGMP standards. Today, our products reach well beyond Korea — across more than twelve countries worldwide, with exports now close to half of all sales.
