The Bi-Component (PE/PP) Non-Woven Filter Cartridge utilizes advanced bicomponent thermally bonded fibers featuring a Polypropylene (PP) inner core for strength and a Polyethylene (PE) outer sheath with a lower melting point. This thermal sheath-core technology forms a rigid, highly stable non-foaming matrix without fiber migration. Unlike standard single-material PP non-woven filters, it maintains dimensional stability and precise pore structure even under high pressure differentials or high viscosity conditions.
