IVM-CMS3 All-in-One Intravital Confocal and Two-Photon Microscope
IVM-CMS3 is an all-in-one intravital imaging platform that integrates confocal and two-photon microscopy in a compact system. It enables researchers to visualize cellular and molecular dynamics in living tissues in real time with high spatial and temporal resolution.
The system combines four confocal laser lines at 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm with a compact 920 nm femtosecond two-photon laser and provides one-click automated switching between imaging modes. Its ultra-high-speed scanner supports up to 100 x-frames per second at 512 x 512 pixels, while the maximum pixel resolution is 2,048 x 2,048 pixels.
IVM-CMS3 supports a field of view from 100 x 100 um2 to 10 x 10 mm2 and accommodates up to five commercial objectives on a software-controlled motorized turret.
The integrated 3D stage and 4D in vivo motion compensation functions help reduce motion artifacts and support long-term imaging and sample tracking.
A live animal maintenance unit provides body-temperature monitoring and feedback-controlled heating, and optional imaging chambers are available for various organs, including the brain, lung, heart, pancreas, mammary gland, and abdominal organs.
The IVM Engine and Studio software supports mosaic, Z-stack, time-lapse, multi-position, and combined imaging modes.
IVM-CMS3 is suitable for preclinical research, drug efficacy evaluation, drug delivery studies, cell tracking, and functional imaging in living animal models.

About Us
IVIM Technology, Inc. is a Korea-based bio-imaging company founded in 2017 as a spin-off from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Based on proprietary intravital microscopy technology, the company develops and manufactures advanced all-in-one intravital microscopy systems.
IVIM Technology’s IVM Series enables real-time, high-resolution visualization of cellular and molecular dynamics inside living tissues, which are difficult to observe using conventional medical imaging systems such as MRI or CT. Equipped with ultra-fast laser scanning technology of up to 100 x-frames per second, the systems support in vivo 4D cell imaging, cell tracking and monitoring, drug efficacy assessment, and drug delivery studies.
The company also provides customized CRO services specializing in in vivo imaging for various organs and tissues, including the lung, heart, brain, small intestine, and colon. With its own R&D center, advanced imaging facilities, and experienced researchers, IVIM Technology supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in preclinical research, mechanism-of-action studies, and new drug development.
