How to use
1. Attach the blade x-frame of the desired size to the machine.
2. Close the safety cover and turn the main switch to the right.
3. Turn the speed control knob to adjust to the desired length.
4. Press the automatic button.
5. Place the meat to be cut onto the inlet conveyor.
6. Adjust the speed while observing the output.
7. Continue feeding the meat once the desired result is achieved.
