1. Lower the upper wheel, open the main cover, and install the appropriate saw blade.
2. After installation, turn the handle to set the appropriate tension. 3. Close the main cover. (Ensure the upper hook and lower section are completely closed.)
4. Set the upper blade holder slightly higher than the target to be cut.
5. Refer to the scale on the table and set the meat support plate to the desired thickness.
6. Press the run switch to operate.
7. Start the operation when the saw blade reaches maximum speed.
