AI-Powered Autonomous Fire Suppression Launcher Module & System
A thermal imaging camera identifies the seat of the fire on its own, and the module launches suppression balls horizontally toward it. Because the ball is launched in a straight line rather than thrown, it reaches the core of the flames with precision. AI-based thermal image analysis detects and targets the heat source automatically, so suppression no longer depends on the operator's split-second judgment. Immediately after launch, the system continues to monitor temperature changes in real time and determines whether additional launches are required — responding until suppression is confirmed.
Built around fire suppression balls with proven early-stage knockdown performance, the launcher module can deliver its payload directly into elevated, enclosed, or hazardous areas that personnel cannot safely reach — containing the fire within the golden time, before firefighting crews arrive. Its modular design mounts to most industrial unmanned platforms, and launch capacity can be configured from 6 to 20 rounds depending on site scale and operational requirements.
