The AT12-50P operates on DC12V / 1.2A, and the AT24-50P operates on DC24V / 1A. Both models use DC contact point control with a 5-wire power connection.

5-Wire DC Control with Feedback Signals

The actuator uses a 5-wire DC configuration:

• Red: DC 12V/24V (+)

• Black: DC 0V (–)

• White: Switch signal

• Yellow: Open signal output (DC 12/24V (+), 50 mA)

• Green: Close signal output (DC 12/24V (+), 50 mA)

Control Logic:

• Switch ON → Valve Opens

• Switch OFF → Valve Closes

The yellow (open signal) and green (close signal) wires provide output signals that allow external systems to verify the completion of valve movement. This enables integration with monitoring systems, interlock logic, and remote control applications.

Open/Close Indication

Valve position can be visually confirmed by the direction of the manual handle:

• Valve Open: Handle aligns with the piping direction.

• Valve Closed: Handle is perpendicular to the piping direction.

This intuitive mechanical design ensures easy status confirmation.

Manual Operation

For maintenance or emergency situations:

• Press the manual button.

• Turn the manual handle simultaneously to open or close the valve.

This ensures safe manual operation without affecting internal drive components.

Installation Guidelines

1. Install the actuator vertically onto a valve already secured in the piping system.

2. Follow the electrical wiring diagram for correct connection.

3. Use the yellow and green signal wires when configuring systems that require confirmation of operation completion.

4. Install a switch or disconnecting device for emergency power shut-off.

5. Attach an overcurrent protection device to protect the circuit.

• Do not submerge the actuator in water, as it may cause malfunction or electric shock.

• Avoid mechanical impact and exposure to fire or explosion hazards.

• Do not operate the actuator in the opposite direction before the previous movement has completed, as this may reduce service life.
