The actuator operates using a 3-wire DC configuration:

Valve position can be visually confirmed by the direction of the manual handle:
Valve Open: The handle aligns with the piping direction.
Valve Closed: The handle is perpendicular to the piping direction.
This mechanical indication provides intuitive confirmation of valve status.
For maintenance or emergency situations:
Press the manual button.
Turn the manual handle simultaneously to open or close the valve.
This ensures reliable manual control without damaging internal components.
Install the actuator vertically onto a valve already fixed in the pipeline.
Follow the electrical wiring diagram and connect correctly.
When configuring a Valcon control system, refer to compatible control modules (not applicable for DC24V control references).
Install a power switch or disconnecting device for emergency shut-off.
Attach an overcurrent protection device to protect the circuit.
Do not submerge the actuator in water, as this may cause malfunction or electric shock.
Avoid impact damage and exposure to fire or explosion hazards.
Do not operate the actuator in the opposite direction before the previous operation has fully completed, as this may shorten service life.
