The AT12-50P operates on DC12V / 1.2A, while the AT24-50P operates on DC24V / 1A. Both models use DC contact point control and a 5-wire power configuration.
Max. Output Torque: 60 kgf·cm
Operating Time (90° rotation, no-load):
AT12-50P: approx. 4 seconds
AT24-50P: approx. 3 seconds
Power Consumption (No-load): approx. 1.5W
Mechanical Life: Approx. 100,000 cycles
Weight: Approx. 260 g
Rotation Direction: Closes clockwise / Opens counter-clockwise (top view)
The actuator is designed for indoor environments without condensation and operates within an ambient temperature range of -15°C to 50°C and humidity range of 35–85% RH.
Applicable to ball valve sizes:
15A (1/2")
20A (3/4")
25A (1")
Maximum Operating Temperature
Brass Valve: 0°C to 90°C
Stainless Steel (SUS) Valve: 0°C to 120°C
Maximum Operating Pressure: 10 kgf/cm² (142 PSI)
Application Fluid: Non-corrosive liquids and gases
The actuator uses a 5-wire DC configuration:
Red: DC 12V/24V (+)
Black: DC 0V (–)
White: Switch signal
Yellow: Open signal output (DC 12/24V (+), 50 mA)
Green: Close signal output (DC 12/24V (+), 50 mA)
Control Logic:
Switch ON → Valve Opens
Switch OFF → Valve Closes
The yellow and green signal lines allow external systems to verify whether the opening or closing operation has been completed. This feature enables system interlocking, remote monitoring, and operational safety checks.
Valve position can be visually confirmed by the direction of the manual handle:
Valve Open: Handle aligns with the piping direction.
Valve Closed: Handle is perpendicular to the piping direction.
This intuitive mechanical indication provides immediate confirmation of valve status.
For maintenance or emergency situations, manual override is available:
Press the manual button.
Turn the manual handle simultaneously to open or close the valve.
This ensures safe manual operation while protecting internal drive components.
Install the actuator vertically onto a valve already fixed in the pipeline.
Refer to the electrical wiring diagram and connect correctly.
Use the yellow (open signal output) and green (close signal output) wires when configuring systems that require confirmation of operation completion.
Install a switch or disconnecting device for emergency power shut-off.
Attach an overcurrent protection device to safeguard the circuit.
Do not submerge the actuator in water. Submersion may cause malfunction or electric shock.
Avoid impact damage and exposure to fire or explosion hazards.
Do not reverse the actuator direction before the previous operation has fully completed, as this may shorten service life.
Insulate unused wires properly to prevent short circuits.
Storage and transportation temperature range: -25°C to 55°C.
Compact and lightweight (approx. 260 g)
Fast operating speed (3–4 seconds)
Long mechanical life (approx. 100,000 cycles)
Low power consumption
5-wire system with open/close signal output
Clear mechanical open/close indication
