VIBRO-LASER BASE is a professional laser shaft alignment system designed for fast and precise alignment of coupled rotating machinery. By replacing conventional dial indicator methods with laser measurement technology, it helps reduce alignment time, minimize maintenance downtime, and support longer service life of bearings, seals, and couplings.
[High-Precision Measurement]
The system features a digital CCD detector with 0.001 mm resolution and a measurement range of up to 10 m between units. It supports both coupled and uncoupled machines and allows measurements at various shaft rotation positions. Real-time alignment results and correction values help technicians perform adjustments efficiently on site.
[Wireless Connectivity & Reporting]
Measurement data is transmitted to the display unit through Bluetooth 4.0. The intuitive alignment interface supports easy operation, while PDF reports can be generated immediately after alignment for customer sharing or maintenance records.
[Industrial-Grade Reliability]
The measuring units feature lightweight anodized aluminum housings with IP67 protection against dust and water. With up to 20 hours of continuous operation and a working temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, the system is suitable for demanding field environments.
