The HD SYSTEM Automatic Rotary Arm Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine is designed for stable and efficient wrapping of palletized products using stretch film.

Unlike conventional turntable wrapping machines, the pallet remains stationary while the wrapping arm rotates around the load. This structure is suitable for wrapping unstable, heavy, lightweight, or oversized products that may be difficult to rotate on a turntable.

The machine automatically controls the rotary arm movement, film carriage position, film tension, and wrapping cycles to provide consistent and uniform packaging quality.

4. Wrapping Principle

The rotary arm wrapping system keeps the pallet and product stationary while the wrapping arm rotates around the load.

During the wrapping cycle:

1. Pallet enters the wrapping position.

2. Pallet position is detected.

3. Stretch film is automatically attached or prepared.

4. Rotary arm starts rotating around the load.

5. Film carriage moves vertically according to the programmed wrapping pattern.

6. Film tension and stretch ratio are controlled during wrapping.

7. Required top and bottom wrapping cycles are completed.

8. Rotary arm returns to the initial position.

9. Film is cut and sealed when the automatic film cutting option is installed.

10. The wrapped pallet exits the wrapping area.
